  • Wrestling Clubs -  Locally, we have Olympic Wrestling (Wyckoff 201-612-7776), Cannonball (Pompton Lakes 973-907-7448) and Supreme Wrestling (Park Ridge 201-391-1000). All of them have web sites which you can find on the Wrestling page of our website www.tmysb.org. If you are not a current or past member, most clubs will allow you to take a free class in order to assess if it’s the right place for you.
  • Coach Phil Ross' Kettle Bell classes at his Hohokus location. A special rate of $99 for 9 classes
